Jay Leitner
EVP, Operations
Jay Leitner serves as the Executive Vice President of Operations at Perigrove, a family office focusing on healthcare investing. Located in New York, he leads a team of financial analysts that apply their industry knowledge and c-suite management experience to develop actionable, high-impact growth initiatives across a diverse portfolio. Jay is responsible for the teams executing international projects across three continents.
Jay is the firm’s frontline leader in North America, Europe, and Israel, leading an accomplished group of specialized executives, resources, and deals. He has been part of Perigrove since its founding in 2012 and continues expanding the firm’s portfolio and global outreach.
Eric Schechter
Associate, Operations & Assets
As an Associate of Operations & Assets, Eric’s operational oversight provides critical support throughout the many lifecycles of a company. Through a hands-on approach, he contributes to business due diligence, industry review, document negotiation, and portfolio management. Through tactical reporting, relationship management and due diligence activities, Eric plays an integral role in informing and implementing tailored solutions across our portfolio.

Mark collaborates with senior management and cross-functional teams to provide hands-on support to assist companies through their challenges and opportunities, scale operations, and develop long-term structuring strategies. His focus on collaboration, transparency, and relationship-building has produced a strong track record in effectively managing, maintaining, and growing Perigrove’s portfolio companies.

Director, Strategic Analytics
Michael is a focused and motivated leader with over 15 years of experience in healthcare financial management. As the Director of Strategic Analytics, Michael leverages data and his advanced expertise to develop strategies that drive Perigrove’s success and profitability. More specifically, Michael leads the creation of forecasting models, budgets, and resource allocation across Perigrove and its portfolio companies.

FP&A Manager
Shaina integrates a data-driven and collaborative mindset to translate numbers into corporate strategy. As an analyst, Shaina’s efforts in dynamic data modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting are foundational to the team. Through these technical skills, Shaina is proficient at increasing work process efficiency and profitability through functional and detailed business and financial analysis.

Kevin Chait focuses his practice on representing private lenders, private equity funds, and private companies in a wide array of commercial finance transactions, including asset-based lending transactions, syndicated transactions, real estate transactions, and acquisition financing transactions.
Kevin also represents private companies on complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, post-acquisition integration matters, and corporate governance matters.
